PUBLISHED DOC V1S/03 CONSOLIDATION
THE STACK PROBLEM
Single-active products each solve one thing, and the cost compounds quietly. Matrix+ consolidates the same territory into one formula, with every dose printed on the label.
| Approach | Bottles | Monthly |
|---|---|---|
| NAD+ precursor | 1 | $45–90 |
| Urolithin A | 1 | $50–90 |
| Ubiquinol (CoQ10) | 1 | $25–45 |
| Adaptogen + antioxidant | 2 | $30–60 |
| Shilajit Matrix+ | 1 | $55.00 |
Ranges reflect typical premium single-active retail pricing, compared to product categories rather than to any named brand. Worth stating plainly: Matrix+ is a 30-serving month, while several single-active products ship 60–120 servings per bottle. It costs more per serving than a commodity capsule, because more is measured.
S/04 VERIFICATION
EVERY BATCH, TESTED
Every production lot is third-party tested by NSF. Lot-specific certificates are published in our COA library as they are verified — email hello@stellarhealthlabs.com for the current lot's certificate.

S/05 EVIDENCE
PUBLISHED HUMAN RESEARCH
These are peer-reviewed human studies on the actives in this formula — published independently of Stellar Health Labs. Follow each citation and read the paper yourself.
Urolithin A
Singh et al., 2022 — Cell Reports Medicine
Urolithin A
Andreux et al., 2019 — Nature Metabolism
PQQ
Harris et al., 2013 — Journal of Nutritional Biochemistry
Citations refer to published research on individual ingredients, not to the finished formula, which has not itself been the subject of a clinical trial. Research on an ingredient does not establish an outcome for any product containing it. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Evidence verified through The Clinical Index.
S/06 DOSE DISCLOSURE
NO PROPRIETARY BLENDS
Every active, printed at its exact dose — including every component inside the blend. A blend that hides its parts is just a way of not telling you.
| Active | Label dose |
|---|---|
| Purified Shilajit Extract (std. 70% fulvic acid) | 500 mg |
| Urolithin A (Punica granatum fruit extract) | 250 mg |
| Coenzyme Q-10 (ubiquinol) | 200 mg |
| Nicotinamide Riboside chloride | 150 mg |
| Alpha-Lipoic Acid (R-form) | 125 mg |
| Pyrroloquinoline Quinone (std. 99%) | 20 mg |
| Apigenin | 15 mg |
| Astaxanthin | 12 mg |
| Black Pepper Extract (BioPerine) | 10 mg |
| Spermidine | 5 mg |
Every active is disclosed individually — no proprietary blends. Lot-specific lab results are published in our COA library as they are verified; email hello@stellarhealthlabs.com for the current lot's certificate.
S/07 COMPARISON
HOW WE ACTUALLY COMPARE
Measured against the premium longevity category as a whole. We do not name competitors — but we do not pretend to win every row either.
| Criterion | Stellar Matrix+ | Typical premium category |
|---|---|---|
| Per-active dose disclosure | Every milligram published | Frequently a proprietary blend |
| Blend components | All four disclosed and summed | Often withheld as 'blend' |
| Per-lot certificate | Published, with method references | On request, or not at all |
| Actives per bottle | 10 | Typically 1–3 |
| Servings per bottle | 30 | Commonly 60–120 |
| Years on the market | Since 2025 | Some brands, decades |
| Format options | Capsules only | Powders, gummies, liquids |
| Monthly cost | $55.00 | $25–125 depending on tier |
Category figures describe typical premium longevity products as a class. No specific brand is referenced, measured or named.

WHAT BUYERS REPORT
We do not solicit, incentivise, or filter reviews for positive sentiment, and we do not remove critical ones. Individual results vary; reviews describing atypical results carry disclosure per FTC §255.5.

S/10 FROM THE FOUNDER
WHY THIS EXISTS
Most supplement pages are written for someone who wants to be reassured. This one is written for someone who wants to check.
I cannot promise you will feel different in thirty days. Nobody honest can. What I can do is show you the dose of every active, the certificate for the batch in your hand, and the published research on each ingredient — and then let you decide whether the formula earns its place in a stack you have already thought hard about.
If something here does not hold up, tell us. We would rather correct it than defend it.
S/11 QUESTIONS
THE SKEPTIC'S QUESTIONS
Written for the version of you that assumes supplement marketing is exaggerated. It usually is.
Honestly: the individual ingredients have published human research behind them, and this formula does not. We cite studies on urolithin A and PQQ because those studies exist and are worth reading. We have not run a trial on the finished product, so we will not tell you the product is proven. If that distinction matters to you, you are exactly the customer we built this for.
Because there are ten actives in it at doses that match the published ranges, and because every lot is assayed by an accredited laboratory. A commodity capsule skips both. If your priority is cost per serving, the category has cheaper answers and we would rather you knew that.
No — and we disclose that everywhere it appears. Our evidence review is a verification methodology owned by the founder of Stellar Health Labs. That is a material connection under FTC §255.5. The laboratory testing is separate and genuinely independent: NSF Laboratories, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab with no affiliation to us.
Yes. Every batch of every Stellar Health Labs product is third-party tested by an accredited laboratory for identity, potency and contaminants before it ships. Shilajit Matrix+ is third-party tested by NSF Laboratories, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab, and each lot’s certificate is published on its product page. Third-party testing is not the same as displaying the NSF Mark, which we do not claim.
Ask your prescriber or pharmacist first, and bring the full ingredient list. Most people in this age range manage at least one medication, and this formula is designed to sit alongside that care rather than replace any part of it. If you are on anticoagulants or have surgery scheduled, that conversation matters more, not less.
That is a realistic outcome, and we would not argue with you about it. Mitochondrial support is cumulative and largely invisible day to day. There is a 60-day guarantee precisely because we would rather refund you than have you keep buying something you cannot feel a reason to buy.
S/12 THE RECORD IS OPEN
The dose table, the certificate, and the citations are all above — and they will still be here tomorrow. Buy it when the documentation has earned it.
